Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of the products we sell, we can not and will not accept/issue a refund. However, we will accept a manufacturer defect return within 30 days of receiving the product. All manfacturer defect refunds must obtain a Return Authorization Number from us in order to accept return. You are responsible for return shipping to us. If no defect is found, we can send the item back out to you at your cost, or will dispose of the item for you.
Credit Card Statements
When purchasing from Southern Grace Lingerie, please note that your privacy is of utmost importance. Therefore, when receiving your credit card statemen in the mail, it will only state the name of the owner (Tiffany Elliott) instead of Southern Grace Lingerie.
International & Domestic Shipping
Southern Grace Lingerie offers several ways to ship your goods. We ship through USPS, EMS, DHL, FEDEX and UPS for the lowest rates possible. Shipping cost on a standard domestic order is $10.00 for orders of $75 and under. Anything above $75, will cost $20. Due to the high cost of shipping and fuel nowadays, we do not offer rush shipping. I will let you know if these prices will change. We also ship international to most countries. The provider will depend on which country you're located in. At this time, international shipping is available at a standard rate, which means we don't offer rush shipping for international orders at this time. For orders of $75 or under, shipping is $25. Anything above $75, is $40.
Payment Methods & Sales Tax
We accept debit cards and credit cards that show the Amex, Discover, Mastercard and Visa logos. We use several ways of processing payments. Usually, we use online processing through 3rd party processors, such as intuit and authorize.net, however, we also accept payments through Square, which is usually easier for us when we are doing tradeshows and benefit shows. All of your credit card info is safe, as we utilize SSL Security through every processor we use.
North Carolina residents are subject to a 7% tax charge on their orders, as this is our home state for business.
